Refused engagements.
Every quarter, the founders publish the contracts SYMMACHY has refused. The counter-party is never named. The sector, the geography, and the principle invoked are. This is how a federation that cannot be bought makes itself auditable from the outside.

No engagement has been refused yet, because no engagement has been received.
This page is empty until the first refusal. Empty is the honest state. New entries appear within the quarter in which they occur.
Last reviewed by founders: 2026-05-09. The Refused Engagements ledger is reviewed quarterly by the board, with an annual aggregate published independently of the per-quarter cadence.
