We do not surveil our visitors.

The SYMMACHY public website is built deliberately to collect almost nothing. The text below is the full disclosure of what is collected, why, how long it is retained, and how a visitor may request its deletion. There is no analytics tag on this site, no cookie of any kind, and no third-party fonts or scripts that would carry visitor identifiers off-domain.

What we collect

Server access logs (IP, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) via Cloudflare Pages, retained 7 days for security only. Email correspondence is processed via Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in the founders' inboxes. Deletion of an email exchange may be requested at [email protected].

What we do NOT collect

• No cookies of any kind.
• No fingerprinting (canvas, font, audio, hardware).
• No third-party trackers.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No persistent identifiers of any form.
• No analytics tag, first- or third-party.

Your rights — Mexico LFPDPPP (derechos ARCO) and equivalents

Under Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, you hold rights of Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición. Equivalent rights under GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD are honoured. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within 20 business days.

Customer data is governed separately

This notice applies only to the public website. Customer data (data SYMMACHY processes on a customer's behalf) is governed by the Master Service Agreement and the Authority of Use document, signed before any deployment. Customer data is encrypted with customer-managed keys; the customer can revoke our access in seconds.
